Noreen is a tax lawyer based in Nairobi. Having grown up and schooled in Eastlands, specifically K-South, she is keen to engage with the youngsters in the neighborhood and share ideas aimed at uplifting each other. She is a sports enthusiast especially football and rugby and this augurs well with the youth in Eastlands. Noreen is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K). She holds a Masters of Law (LL.M) from Columbia University (New York), a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law.
