Born and raised in Ofafa Jericho Estate in Nairobi, Kibicho graduated from University of Nairobi and started his career as an Accountant at Louis Dreyfus Commodities Mombasa. Kibicho later immigrated to the US with his family and joined IQVIA (formerly Quintiles), a leading Clinical Research Organization as a Financial Analyst. Kibicho has since served in various Finance roles with increasing responsibility within the Clinical Research and Auto Parts Retail Industry. He is currently serving as a Director of Project Finance at Covance Inc and completing an MBA program at UNC Chapel Hill.
